The Pennsylvania State University named Bill O’Brien as the new head football coach. It’s not easy to replace Joe Paterno; anyone they hired wouldn’t have quite the same effect JoePa did. Obviously, whoever the was named the new coach was going to face scrutiny, but Bill O’Brien, really? That was the best you could do Penn State?
